With unparalleled views on the river overlooking the financial district, the World Trade site and the Statue of Liberty, the southern tip of Manhattan plays a major role in the design. The spaces within the eight Suites were conceived of as a modern residential apartment with efficiently considered placement of spatial functionality and detailing. In addition to the classic contemporary furnishing approach throughout, the custom artwork program reinforces the illusion of a cohesive personal collection.
